10 THINGS TO DO ON A BORING DAY
Hey guys. We are happy to announce that in ten days time, blog DMO will be a year old. We would be blogging about our history, aims, achievements and what we would like to achieve as the years go by. So make sure to keep on viewing and supporting your number one Nigerian teen blog. Before the euphoria sets in, let us give you some tips about what to do on a boring day, especially when you are out of ideas.
NO 1 WATCH TV
Duh! It's obvious that on a boring day, the first thing you want to do is to put on the TV. The TV is entertaining, informative and educative, so watch something beneficial for the day. Channels like the music stations, National geographic channels, CNN, BBC, Channels news, LTV, food network, fashion programs, Disney an d nickelodeon, shows like the Kids Choice Awards will get you out of boredom.
NO 2 SURF THE NET
There are so many things to do on the internet from shopping online, to visiting YouTube, downloading songs, reading up articles( did you know's, blog post, online newspapers), surfing the play store and app store. So on a boring day, try doing any of these or just listen to cool online music.
Checking your social media feeds and responding to comments is a good way to pass the time.
NO 3 MAKE SILLY VIDEOS
Making videos is one way to get in a good mood. Why not make a video about your day, act as a broadcaster, make a funny video or tell a joke, the stupid jokes are in vogue now. You could watch Craze Clown's videos for inspiration or just for a good laugh.

NO 4 INVITE FRIENDS OVER
It is known that friends keep us company so why not invite a few friends over on a boring day and have a karaoke, act a play, have a makeover, play video games,prank a few people, have a cook off, play some indoor games like chess and scrabble, ludo(a Nigerian board game), snakes and ladders and the like. Take silly pictures and just have fun
NO 5 HAVE A COOK OFF WITH YOUR FRIENDS
The cook off does not have to be something outrageous or elegant, it just has to taste good - real good. So you could make snacks like sandwiches, chinchin and zobo ( Nigerian goodies), chips, smoothies, popcorn( the easiest of them all) or even noodles.
NO 6 PLAY IN THE RAIN
Rainy days can be boring days especially when you are stucked indoors with no form of electricity whatsoever so why not play in the rain, do cartwheels in the rain, ride your bike in the rain, just be careful not to catch a cold, race in the rain, jump in the rain and lie down in the rain.

NO 7 PLAY VIDEO GAMES
Play station, X box, Nitendo Wii, and the likes are so much fun to play with on any day so a bring day is nothing less. So grab some friends and start playing and if you do not have any of these, it is no problem at all. Some of these games are available for smartphones and PC's too. Games like Grand Theft Auto and FIFA. So just start downloading ASAP!
NO 8 DRAW
I own an art page on instagram called @jen_art you could follow it for inspiration. Your drawing does not have to be perfect, it just has to be creative, Don't just draw but get creative with art- arts like mosaic, collages and the rest.

Last December, my friends and I took a picture. We jumped and just paused in the air. It was really silly and creative. So try taking your silly but creative photo with your friends.

Reading is a lot of fun, you get in touch with your imagination when reading. So try reading Educational books, Motivational books, Books on fantasies, Books on adventure, History books, Political books, Current affairs and so on.
