HOW TO PLAN YOUR SWEET 16 ON A COMFORTABLE BUDGET AND SOME AWESOME GIFTS TOO

A sweet 16 must not be totally outrageous, expensive or over the top before it is a sweet 16. A sweet 16 can also be ''affordable'' and still be enjoyable by following these few steps. STEP 1: It is not compulsory to have a themed sweet 16 party. It does not necessarily count.
