Today makes it exactly two fruitful years of blogging experience as we celebrate our second birthday at blog DMO. Today we will be speaking on the power of words. Words have the power to heal and to hurt, to encourage and to discourage, to make stronger and to make weaker. The tongue makes the flow of words possible. James 3:1-12 talks about taming the tongue. Note: when words are many, sin is not far. The tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit. Therefore, words must be used with care. Fashion 101: A healthy balanced diet

So today I tried doing something new....I actually made African Yam and plantain porridge. It was amazing because it had all 6 classes of food nutrients, I really wish I could post the picture but anyways let's get straight to the Ingredients. P.S It was rich in vitamins and veggies Ingredients African Yam Plantains Stocked fish(you could use other kinds of fish if you wish) Maggi cubes Ugu leaves( you could substitute for water leaves or greens) Palm oil Salt Grounded dry pepper Curry Crayfish I went all vegetarian(pescatarian) on this dish because its more healthy. So cut the yam in cubes and boil, add plantains while yam is almost boiled(because plantains are naturally soft, except you're using native plantains) add in the stock fish from the onset because stock fish isn't quite tender.    Getting good grades at school is one thing, maintaining them is another. Everybody wants to have high grades in school so bad that getting an average is not an option, There are no shortcuts to getting good grades in school than to keep calm and study hard. Follow these small but helpful steps n obtaining good grades. 1. THE EARLIER THE BETTER: Most of us wait till examinations and test are around the corner before we start solving those difficult math questions and looking up our vocabulary. Even flipping the pages of our science test books. Within a short time you will notice that you do not remember everything you have "crammed" and we end up getting average grades.It is better to start reading or studying much earlier before tests or exams. You could either start on the holidays, first day of resumption or a week into resumption. 2. DO NOT CRAM: Cramming makes it worse to recall what you have or trying to commit into memory.
